Small changes in your diet alone might help you get some what there, but you'll need to implement some form of cardiovascular activity. You don't need to join a gym to do that, but you'll need to train somehow. Losing 30 kg (66 lbs) in four months isn't impossible. Be careful, however, that much loss all at once can put a lot of stress on your body.

30kgs in 4 months is definitely not possible. I started at 117kgs 7 and a half months ago, and I'm down 24.3kgs. Even if you don't join a gym, you can still get results, but you need to change your diet and incorporate some form of cardio workout most days. It's a lot of hard work but it's worth it. Try and find a good exercise you can do at home that gets your heart rate going (skipping is always a good cardio workout you can do at home).

You could lose weight without exercise, by tweaking your diet, but exercise would be better.

having a ton of weight and wanting to lose half a ton requires a lot of effort. I guess you need to go to the gym and inquire if they can offer a program for you. It's possible to lose the weight you desire but you should have the discipline.

To keep Motivated to lose 30Kg may be the biggest challenge. Normallly when people start to lose weight they see Motivating Results but there will come a stage where you hit a Plateau. So I think having a personal fitness coach someone who or someone who is medically trained or just someone who can help keep you motivated and on target would be beneficial.

if you can't go to a gym, try other activities that will help you burn calories. there are things that you can do at home which can be as beneficial as going to the gym..
