I haven't had ho ho's in a long long time. the swiss cake roles i think made by little deb are so much cheaper so if i ever rarely want something like that i buy those. 270 calories for two cake rolls. 6 grams fat.

Hopefully you didn't eat that as wellmusculargirl wrote:got a crayola set!

Stuff like Dominoes and Pizza Hut Pizzas. Eating a 1,000- 1,200 calorie Frisbee with bastardised nutrition and cheesy sludge on it, is a frankly disgusting concept.duilya wrote:I think I just put on 5 lbs looking at that.
fyi - each serving of twinkie has 150 cal and 4.5 grams of fat and a serving of ho hos is 250 cal and 17.5 grams of fat.
Is there really anything worse you could possibly put into your body?
Epecially as you coukld do it at home with Whole-grain Bread, low Fat Cheese, Mushrooms and Tomatos, cheaper and quicker, for a 3rd of the calories.

Rob,
I have a question - I've been on Atkins for the past 6 years. I am now trying to change diet to a more normal and healthy diet. I am used to counting net carbs (total carbs minus fiber). question is - when keeping track of calories, fats, carbs, and protien in new way of eating - is it total carbs or net carbs?
Thank you for any help you may have.

Rob hasn't spoted for nearly 3 months, so I'm not sure if he'll be back, but if you'd like honest opnion, I'd count total Carbs. Factoring in all possible things, gives you more of a way to track calories, incase you use something like net Carbs as part of the analysis and then get physical results, that you feel may not be consistent with the caloric intake you are getting, then all factors can again be considered, when trying to amend your eating habits, so you don't miss anything that may have a bearing on progress and results, thus potentially helping you, to increase the chances of getting more beneficial and worthwhile dietary change, in the event change is needed
.
Hopefully that explains things okay for you
