Hey there Tom and welcome.
Looking good so far. Getting an opinion somewhat depends on what your goal is? What is your goal? Are you looking to stay lean? Are you looking to bulk up and add muscle? Are you looking to begin body building competition in a couple years? Are you just working out to build strength? It all depends on your goal.
Personally, to me, for an overall appeal and aesthetics, I would recommend keep doing what you're doing (although I'd like to know what your workout is like) and bulk up. Keep putting on muscle and weight. Looks like your lats and chest could use some work to fill out your frame. Arms look good, so keep doing what you're doing there. I wouldn't worry too much about the ab section, just eat right and continue to kill it at the gym. You can sculpt your abs later on.

Hey PuroRock,
thanks for your reaction.
I'm looking to add some muscle. goal is to weigh about 78 kg, so that means I need to gain another 6 kg. I don't want to weigh to much, because I also play soccer and I don't want to lose to much speed.
I work out three times a week:
monday: chest & triceps
wednesday: back & biceps
friday: legs, shoulders & abs
I do 4 exercises for chest, back and legs and 3 exercises for triceps, biceps, shoulders and abs.
Yes, especially the upper side of chest could use some work. I now do more incline exercises for chest, so I hope that will do the trick.

No problem.
To add the weight, keep training hard and eat the calories to support the muscle growth. You can definitely continue to gain weight and still retain your speed, in fact you can increase your speed... your quickness however will need work but that's part of training. I've seen athletes who weigh over 240lbs/109kg and can run 40 yard (120m) dashes in under 4 and a half seconds.
Your workout routine looks good. The incline press will not only help your chest but your overall upper body. It's an excellent exercise. Keep up with the incline and standard barbell bench press. Just don't overwork it.

The trapz look like they have growth. The rest I can't really see, make sure you are eating foods to build muscle, but not increase your fat %.
