I believe protein is suppousdely good for hair & I have definitely increased protein levels in the past year, even results show so. Anything else?

Boss, I do drink 2-3L on daily basis. I do also have healthy fat in diet (nuts & olive oil mostly). Hm, no I don't use conditioners - not sure which "brand" is good.Boss Man wrote:Hair contains Amino Acids I believe so any kind of Shampoo with Amino Acids in it would be good.
You might need something with conditioner in, if you don't use it.
You could also consume more Omega 3 type fats. Things like Nuts, Peanuts, Oils, Avocado, Flax etc etc.
Potentially a water intake issue as well. You may need to consider consuming more if you don't consume that much already.
I don't like taking anything in pill-form, as 1)i never stick to it, 2) I had a very bad experience with wanting to commit suicide through pills back in the day. I hate pills.scottgaran wrote:Are you taking a muli-vitamin? It can be somthing as simple as that. Diet affects everything!
Sadly it is, I try to keep it loose with a hair clip instead of something that holds it tight (forget the objects name...ahh). Thing is, it's very hard to do otheerwise, esp I wear scaf (for religious reasons), so I usually have it pulled it back. OF course I don't wear it 24/7 but whenever I am out of the house I wear it, or where there are men (non close-relatives) and stuff.Athene wrote:Is your hair pulled back very tightly every day? If your hair is pulled back tightly every day that is most definitely what is causing your hair to thin out. I know it can be tough to get long hair back securely enough that it won't fall down (into your scarf, etc.), but if you can braid it loosely and secure the braid with a clip at the back or something, that might pull less on the roots of your hair.skully wrote:Sadly it is, I try to keep it loose with a hair clip instead of something that holds it tight (forget the objects name...ahh).
