How can I tone body ?

I really want to loose weight (25-30 pounds) and gain muscle at the same time, can anybody help me with making a workout plan to achieve this? Also how to tone arms as well please & thank youu :D

Hi all,
First off all you have to make your food plan, after that you have to exercise almost 20 mints per day that will help you to lose your weight. For this purpose you have to join gym, in gym there is an instructor who will help you for your exercise and food plan. Hope this will help you, you must try this as soon as possible :|

Hi xogabszbabyy,
Are you a of a female? Both exercise and diet varies.
Do follow proper diet plan and start any physical work or activity with diet. Well few tips for you:
Drink 1.5 gallons of water daily,
Break you meals from 3 big meals in 6 small meals,
chew well before swallowing,
Do take fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet plan,
Avoid junk food,
Avoid tin and canned juices and take fresh juices,
Adopt any sports or start any exercise.

Your all points are too valid and basis on the reality.... I strongly recommend these points to all the group members to try these points to get the good results..

A really difficult area of the body to tone is the lower body. Some great way to achieve this is through Squats, Lunges, Deadlifts, and walking and/or running up stairs. Some good suggestions.

You are really concerned about weight loss, isnt it? So there is simple rule for weight loss: Calories burned per day must be more than calories intake per day. So to lose weight, first you have to check what is your calorie intake per day, Avoid oily and fast food, becoz it has too many calories. Once you know what is your intake, then find out the calories burned per day. Calories can be burned by increasing physical activities, like running, walking, swimming, yoga exercises, going to gym,etc. If your work needs more energy to be expended, that will also burn more calories from your body. You can also consult your doctor and start consuming weight loss pills.

Any Doctor prescribing those ghastly things, needs to be struck off. The only thing Doctors should ever do in relation to weight loss pills, is warn people off then, with a passion. Depending on the type they are all either pretty useless or just downright dangerous.

I just hope no Doctor ever got told, by one of those people who died taking Hydroxycut Hardcore, that they were planning to do so and didn't warn them off it, or they should have been in court for medical negligence frankly.

Hi. Are you sure you want to lose that much weight if you are gaining muscle too? Keep in mind that muscle weighs much more than fat, so you may be disappointed when you step on a scale, but happy when you look in a mirror. I would suggest that you start excellent diet and fitness routines - Weight Watchers for the diet part (it seems to be the one that works the best and let's you eat more when you work out), and a good strength training routine that members here can help with. You may want to set goals based on body measurements more than weight, especially after you shed the first 50% of the pounds. Good luck!

Plan your diet with nutritious food. Do some exercise regularly, join the sports.These things help a lot.

You do not seem to be talking about getting tone if you want to loose that much weight. This will be a major transformation and should be taken seriously. Drink a lot of water, run in the morning before breakfast, and eat as many whole foods as you can. Cleaning up eating and a balance of cardio and weight training worked for me.
