Me too! It's in the 40's F today. I'm going to go walking on our nearby path. It's a sad day when 40's feels warm and like spring!

It keeps changing here, too, but the consistent thing has been the rain/snow and the ice on the pavement, it's really slippery and cool. A little bit of Spring will be here this weekend, and then it's going to go below zero again.

Working up a sweat inside is nice when it's cold, though. Stay strong, it's almost over!

Been out of town visiting girlfriends fathers place since after work Friday, and now the snow is almost gone. Happy days! Did some horseback riding for the first time in life, lots of fun!

Probably because you can't fall off a Horse and injure yourself, if you're on terra firma brushing and feeding one

Weights day (lower):

Deads: 3x10 (113,5kg)

Front lunges single leg raise: 3x10 (37,5kg)

Step-Ups: 3x10 (17,5kg)

Quad extentions: 3x10 (62,5kg)

First time doing stepups, liked them. Weight a bit low, going to add. 113,5kg is the limit for what I can put on bar right now, need to buy some larger discs soon. On a different note, 2,5 weeks til I'm off to the states!
