A workout to thin out your waist?
I want a petite figure and so I would really LOVE to have a thinner waist! Any exercises that would help me with that goal?

1,Not to eat French fries,..
2,If the feeling bowel movement is not suitable, drinks the coffee.
3,The underwear exercises self-restraint.
4,puts on your color.
5,the choice cannot highlight the abdomen the lining.

No offense intended but which of those 5 things counts as a physical "exercise", which I believe 100%, was what was being asked about?

well cardio and diet is the number one thing, but beyond that
crunches
oblique crunches
ball crunches
bicycles
leg raises
machine crunches
pick 3-4 of those and do 20 reps for 3 rounds, just a basic starter program, keep committed and feel free to ask me any questions!

Many people don't get machine crunches right. They just have a poor seating height and may use too much weight.
Considering they have so many options involving cable machines, and bodyweighted stuff with mats, benches and balls, nobody really needs to use an Abs machine in opinion.

Fisrt control your diet and after that you need to have some roll exercises. Google them and you will find many tutorial videos and other stuff.chino hills boot camp

I think Joe pretty much nailed it, but a small waist is really from diet.
