hi guys i'm new i'm 350 lbs and i'm looking for help. i have a problem with lazyness and i'm not really sure how to motivate myself. any help would be appreciated

also what is a good alternative to soda i have been drinking colas whole life and i'm not fond of tea or vegi drinks and i doo drink water quite a bit

in honest opinion, motivating yourself is about wanting a change in your lifestyle. you can be inspired reading the stories of people who've lost weight on ShapeFit.com, helps a bunch lot too. I'd cut sodas 100% from diet, max a fruit juice but not much of it either. You should try to change your diet little by little, e.g; if you drink 3 or more big glasses of soda daily, try to change it decreasing by 2 and then 1, always placing a big glass of water instead. I'm not an expert on this subject since i'm too, on journey to lose weight.
You kind of already started too, if you posted something like this on a fitness/health forum, from the looks of, you're willing change your life for the best.
I'm sure I won't be the only one replying to this thread, so just wait for some more answers, people here are helpful and nice.

just adding last but not least, sign up on a gym, do exercises. but most important, change your way to eat. even if you dislike most veggies, is no biggie, try eating your fav ones and start from there. until you get used to it. again, just 2 cents
