Boswellia powder/capsules

Does anyone have any experience with boswellia extract? Just wanted some feedback on it as I need a substitute for the ibuprofen I can no longer use.

I don't have any experience, but what is the issue with Ibuprofen, have you started having allergic reactions to it?

There are other things that might promote anti-inflammatory benefits, like Quercetin and Bromelain supplements as examples.

If you want more of those things however, Bromelain is in Pineapples and Quercetin is found in things like Peas, Lettuce, Onions, Apples and Peppers.

Had some baaad stuff happen to stomach because of it. Maybe I'll try bromelain...
