It depends on your current weight, body type (frame) and reason behind this change. If you're already fit and want to just lose weight (the number) then I'd say no. If you're fit and in shape and want to lose fat, focus on your body composition. There's a huge difference between weight in pounds and size/shape in body composition. Also, don't use your BMI for a guide to measure that.
Since you're around 6'2" I can't honestly tell you what your weight should be, but you can always google what your height and weight ranges should be for healthy individuals. It's just an impossible assessment without knowing body composition..

first you must consider, are you overweight? obese? why loose weight if you are normal in weight. try to check your body mass index. if you want to be fit and healthy, eat a balanced diet, a food intakes must be regulated. try to check your foods if it give the proper nutrition you must need.
try to have a regular exercise, exercises really helps our body to be strong and healthy. exercises also helps for the absorption of nutrients, and to utilize the excess fats and calories stored in our body. try to have some sports, the physical sport that you really love.
be happy, always smile, so that stresses will be relieved a happy life is a sign of a healthy living..

Assess your goals, do you wanted to lose weight to be fit and healthy away from sickness and diseases, would you like to wear the clothes you long to wear without being conscious of the unwanted fat around your body, would you like to have more energy and positive outlook in life and gain more confidence? If you answer Yes to these questions the it is worth to lose weight.

Getting in better shape is always worth it. Especially to lose that much. That would be great.
