Am i doing it right?

Post by mikeZ »

Can someone take a quick look at what I'm eating daily and tell me if I'm doing okay? goal is to lose weight. I currently weight 225 and would like to reach a goal weight of 195. I exercise 5-6 days a week between cardio and weight lifting.

Breakfast - Oatmeal & fruit

snack - yogurt and nuts

lunch - chicken breast and salad or sandwich and fruit

snack - fruit and lunch meat

dinner - fish or chicken breast - salad

Also could I supplement one of snacks with whey protein?

as long as you feel okay, and you're loosing weight, the only thing that I can say that you are doing it right. But, our body, needs a balance, so you need a food supplement, because the food that you eat don't give you enough nutrients. our body needs vitamins and minerals, in order to grow. without these vitamins and minerals, our body will not absorb properly our food that we eat. :) so it is a good thing to have a balanced diet. Also be happy, don't be stressed, i suggest to have a sport that you really love, so that you will not be physically healthy but also socially, emotionally and mentally.. :) good luck t your journey brother.. :)

You are eating too much non-veg in a day which can increase fat in your body. You have to eat less fatty food. Use liquid(like water and juice) and salad in your diet. Do exercise with your diet....
