Anyway, had no proper time to sit and plan meals - been really shitty. Have been reading quite a lot, but I don't know what is the best to not gain fat.
Ramadan, it's basically a month were Muslims fast from Dawn (4:15) to Dusk (7:15pm), no food, no water, no swearing....etc. I have figured workout plan, but since I am working this year (unlike last year), I don't know how much calories would be adequate...also how to break down meals. This is how it will go...basically
7:15PM: (first meal after 15 hours fast) What combination should I have from carbs (complex or simple?), protein, fat?
9:15PM: workout
10ish, I plan to NOT have protein shakes as honestly they rather disgust me now. so I will be having 300-500ml low fat milk, should be able to get 16g of protein, carbs and some fat as post workout + a fruit (ideally).
11PM - should I snack on anything?
We usually have fatoor around 12-1a.m. in house...so what should I consume for fatoor (last meal before fasting again and it's right before I sleep): what kind of combination carbs (complex or simple?), protein,health fat?
Last year I was able to consume food 5 times, this year I will barely be able to do so within the 5 hours I have to consume food. Please help me
