No effort legs, maximum effort arms..
Hey there this is first post as i am recently starting transformation. Im just a little bit mythed at the moment as one of main goals is to get nice looking arms, but all the effort i put into them i see little change, although legs i think are quite nice. I would even say i have better legs then most of friends who have been hitting the gym for years and maintain 6packs etc. I must be doing something wrong!

Maybe you're overtraining your Arms.

Im not to sure i only work on arms twice a week but i do go full out.

I think you have to put effort on both arms and legs. yeah i know that you have good legs and you want good looking arms with heavy muscles. but if you put little effort for you legs then whole body gonna be maintain in proper way and will look good.
