Which of these proteins is better? Are they even proteins?
I went to a adidas store today, looking for good protein supplements. I found that most of them were hard core expensive or in big bottles which I did not need since I'm a beginner at all of this stuff so I noticed 2 cheaper bottles: NitroX (purple bottle) and "...AXG USA 1000" something (in red bottle); also I noticed something that really confused me - there were like really cheap ampules that were sold by one and they counted as protein as well, from where I was standing, but they had a subscript that said that they were dietary... There was also a bottle with protein or something that had the same subscript. Is it supposed to be like dietary pill protein or something? Which of thous, NitroX and "...AXG 1000" something, should I choose? Any advices?

They're just BCAA's from the look of it.
The one thing to not bother with is actual protein pills. The price per gram ratio on them compared to powder, is absolutely atrocious.
So yes BCAA's are fine and both just seem to have things like Glutamine, AKG and that's about it, so either or would suffice.
Your only other consideration is the price of each and also if they come in Gelatin caps, because those can cause issues I believe, to people with a Wheat / Gluten intolerance, but assuming you don't have such an intolerance, then any substance used as the coating on the BCAA's, shouldn't be an issue I feel.

Well, the price actually does not matter, I just don't want to bring one of thous ginormous bottles home
So...I looked in internet about Protein powder and found much info on how to correctly choose it and I was actually ready to go and buy one of thous bottles today, but since it's BCAA I have no clue now what to do... I think I'll wait a few days for that now since I can't understand BCAA concept by just looking it up online
"protein powder helps create lean muscle, and bcaa's usually help in training performance so that u can make lean muscle possible." hmmm
(that's what I found)... Anyways, time for research, you people might help
P.S. Nice new picture Boss-man

BCAA's, Branch Chain Amino Acids are 3 of the 8 essentials, that your body cannot produce but needs, hence "essential".
Leucine, Iso-leucine and Valine are anabolic and help to build and protect muscle. They are part of protein / peptide chains, but some prefer them, because of things like taste issues with Protein powders. Some people don't like the tatse of powders, though some powders are very palatable.

BCAA are pretty damn useful, especially if you're looking to build muscle. Taking around 40g grams (20g pre and 20g post) helps keep your testosterone levels higher for longer after workouts. Testosterone being a very potent hormone for muscle building, you want to do everything you can (apart from using roids!!!) to help raise this and keep it raised, allowing for faster recovery so you can improve the next time you visit the gym.
Also valine (I'm pretty sure it's this one of the three) can be used as an energy source by the body allowing you to push that bit harder.
To get this amount it's going to be easier to get it in a powder form to put in a pre & post work out shake. You'll find that it doesn't fully mix with water, and if you get just plain BCAA it will taste absolutely disgusting so have some water on standby to take the taste away. The best things for you usually taste the worst!
Stack it with whey and glutamine and you've got a great post workout shake

A lot of Whey powders have enhanced levels of Glutamine and BCAA's anyway, so stacking Glutamien and BCAA with whey in such an instance, would be likely to promote poor usage of the additional stacked Glutamine and / or BCAA, because you'd be potentially elevating the levels of such things, beyond the point where the body could cope with what was consumed and then you would create a lot of wasted excess product.
So that has to be taken into account for anyone considering products like Whey powders or BCAA's.
However if you bought a powder with no enhanced levels of such things, then as T.P.W. says, it would be a good thing to do, cost permitting of course
.
As for things being good for you tasting horrible, I'm getting flashbacks regarding cough medicines.
Uhhhh
