What are some foods...
that could give me a high enough calorie intake and what would be the best time to start eating first meal, (ex. 6,7)? Also what is the ideal caloric intake, does it vary from person to person?
Re: What are some foods...
Sedentary average for Calories is 2,000 a day and for females 1,800 a day.
You could add another 300-400 on there for common types of exercises. I.E basic gym stuff.
Your first meal should be within an hour of waking.
High calories good foods include 1/2 cup of Peanuts, Low Fat Cheese, (depending on the amount), 1/2 cup of Nuts, Apples, Bananas, Flesh foods, (depending on the amount), Cereals, Wholewheat Pasta, Broccoli, as examples.

Calorie intake does vary person to person; factors such as age, gender, physical activity and such. It also depends if you are trying to lose/gain or just maintain your weight.
The time of your first meal does not matter so much, just try to eat within the hour of waking up to get your metabolism revved and started for the day! Also try eating frequent smaller meals every 3 to 4 hours to keep your metabolism revved.
Nuts, peanut butter, cheeses; these are all great sources of calories that will add calories but still be good and healthy for you!

Stick to low fat cheeses though, as some cheeses are a little fuller on the saturates than others.

Fruits like banana, foods like rice with vegetables. And morning 8 to 9 in the best time to start your first meal and before starting your first meals drink some milk or tea or coffee or juice in the early morning that is between 6 - 7 am.
