,before one year i had a hip size of around 28 inch,and as usual like every one i had eaten lots of fast food and other junk food in the past 1 year ,i have an average sized hand,legs,shoulders,buttocks,
but i have an fat stomach,hips and chest,which makes me worry in this recent past,i dont have a monthly budget to spend for gym or buying some kind of devices or doing surgeries and all.
i started to read in internet about how to reduce hip,stomach and chest size
i wish to reduce hip size to 28(34),chest size to 30(currently 35),in 4 months,because i would be free in the coming 4 months,so i have lots of time to spend for fitness,after that time i dont have enough time to spend for fitness,
And from the internet reading i had made i had observed the following tips for achieving needs:
1)avoid junk /fast food
2)drink lots of water
3)eat your food for every few hours to increase metabolic activity to burn out lots of calories from body.
i.e say we are eating 4 breads for our breakfast at 8 am means,they had advised to eat 2 breads at 8 am and eat the other 2 bread at 10.30 am to increase the metabolic activity.
4)Do some exercises regularly
here are questions
1)is it possible to reduce hip size from 34 to 28 and chest size from 35 to 30 in a span of 4 months ?
2)As i said i don't have budget for spending to gym/surgery/buying machines and weights ,is it possible to achieve goals with yoga/exercises ?
3)which would be good for achieving goals yoga or exercise which should i prefer ?
4)And can any one please refer me to some sites which contains videos/pictures for doing such exercises/yoga?
hope some 1 will clear doubts and help me to achieve desired goals....
