Are you eating enough? Do you have any snacks in between your meals? You may need more protein. What kind of workout do you do?

Hi,
You seem to be on the right track, so don't feel discouraged. Like Nokie said, you need to exercise as well if you want to lose the extra weight. If you feel like you find it difficult to stay motivated I can share a few tips that helped me, because one thing I've learned all this time trying to lose weight is that at some point we all have trouble staying motivated.
What helped me was buying clothes a few sizes smaller than what I was. I got so eager to fit into those clothes that I actually stuck to diet.
Also, not weighting yourself too often is a good idea because seeing that number on the scale might bring you down. You have to control your weight, but use a quantum scale, it doesn't display your weight, it records it and informs you when you start losing weight again. That really helps in dealing with the anxiety once you reach a plateau.
Positive reinforcement also works like a charm, as long as you don't reward yourself chocolate or any other unhealthy treats.
Don't worry, I'm sure you'll start losing weight soon, remember that you shouldn't obsess over a number, just relax and stay positive!

Good point that. Buying smaller clothes is a good way to incentivise weight loss, because what's the point of the expense if you never got slimmer enough to wear them. The guilt after months of getting little to no progress, would I would think start to become naggingly chronic, to the point where the clothes might possibly end up stuck in a box on top of a wardrobe, so they couldn't be seen and couldn't continue to guilt trip you.
