Today is first day on first week of weight lose plan.
I tried waking up at 6:30am but lemme tell you, it was hard
I started off with stretching and weight lifting
Then took dog out for a walk/jog
Now I'm pooped but I feel great!
I hope I can keep up with this
Yes. Don't worry about. I wish you good luck with your plan. I am pretty sure you will be successful with it so long as you remain motivated and focused on your goal!
