Okay, I know it does...but I'm skeptical about the numbers & need clarification.
Currently (or last I checked). I have about 22kgs of muscle & about 13.5 or so of fat. & BMR is 1200.
In that case muscles burn 990 calories, while fat burns about 13.5x5, right? 67.7 cals. that;s about 1057.7. How accurate is really that? Where does the other 150 calories get burned? breathing? sitting...
is really most of the BMR calories burnt are from muscle?
Does muscle really burn calories?

1lb of added muscle can burn around 45-50 calories.
