For the last 12 months I have been eating museli as pre-work out meal tried different flavours etc and quiet frankly I am sick to it now.
Can anybody suggest me something else.
I HATE OATS other than that everything is fine.
Pre-workout meal...bored.

Try other cereals might be one suggestion.
If you have things like Bulgar Wheat, Millet, Triticale, Spelt etc etc, then you've got plenty of options to consider.
Alternatively, try doing something to the Muesli, like adding Honey, Cinnamon, a few crushed Nuts, Nutmeg, as examples and see what works.

Another great pre-workout meal is quinoa. You can flavor with fruit to make it sweet or cook in chicken broth with garlic, spices, or any other vegetable.

To be honest, I think the pre workout meal is one of the most over-analyzed aspects of training.
Granted, you wouldn't want to scarf down a whole pizza before you train (it will probably be back to visit you), but I usually don't eat anything "special" before I work out. The bigger the meal, the longer I have to wait to train. A smaller meal/snack, for example allows me to train in a little over an hour. Just eat a pretty "clean" balanced meal and go train.
