HELLO GUYS,
IS 5FT 11 INCHES N I WEIGH 175LBS...I DO WEIGHT TRAINING IN THE MORNING FOR 45 MIN N CARDIO(RUN FOR 4 KM N 200 CRUNCHES PER DAY)..I WANT TO DESPERATELY REDUCE WEIGHT BY 25LBS...I HV STARTED EXCERCISE ROUTINE 1 WEEK AGO..I EAT 8 EGGS PER DAY AS I HEARD THAT SUBSTITUTING CARBS WITH EGG PROTEIN REDUCES WEIGHT..BUT I NOTICED A 4 LBS WT GAIN AFTER A WEEK...I EAT ONLY EGG WHITE...I DONT EAT DINNER ONLY EGGS N FRUITS FOR DINNER....IM UPSET..PLS SUGGEST SO :cry: ME TIPS

There's your problem righty there.

1. You don't need 200 Crunches a day.

2. Your eating mostly Egg Whites and a low calorie Dinner.

Whilst lowering calories can help, too low and you're running the risk of low nutritient intake borderline deficiency levels, which could affect Bone mass badly and muscle mass badly as well as things like Immune system, sleep etc etc.

1 lb of muscle burns around 45-50 additional calories, so losing musle could cause fat retention and even fat gain, plus you get what is called a "starvation mode", where the body hangs onto Fat.

So you really need to reconsider your choices.

What we need to see is a proper run down of meals, I.e. what times you eat and exactly what meals you eat as well, as at the moment you seem a bit vague.

hi,
act i hv a cup of coffee in the morning at 7 am n then 1 bowl of oats n i glass of milk without sugar n then i do weight training on alternate days..i hv a proper lunch with 1 bowl of curds bread n vegetables n 4 eggs..in the evening i hv a cup of tea n then late evening a bowl of oats 1 hr before cardio...then i do cardio(run for 30 min 3 miles n crunches) n then for dinner 4 egg whites n fruits n boiled vegetables...
act the other day i had weighed myself after having lunch n it showed 81 kgs n i had started with 78kgs...the next morning after emptying bowels i again weighed n it showed 78.3kgs
but is this diet im following act good...because i can do lots of cardio the only problem is the diet...dont know what should i eat...

(Add more Protein in here, thigns like Chicken, Turkey, Ham etc)

(Have something between meals, like Low Fat cheese, Peanuts a Sandwhich with maybe a few Berries on the side or a few Nuts with it as examples)

(lose a couple of the Yolks and just cook the 2 remaining yolks and 4 whites.)

(Same advice for between meals.)

(Considering what you had earlier, it's Egg overkill. Ditch the Eggs and have more Flesh protein. The fruits aren't really needed so keep the Veggies. You could add things like Lentils, Peas, Rice, Mushrooms and Beans, but remember they have some Protein and Carbs in, so adjust your Protein and Carb sources a bit to avoid having too much of both, especially the Carbs.)

Well green tea is so good along with running. But I think I must tell you about these drops and injections what I got from prohcgdiet.com . They were very effective for me in losing weight.

Not much really, as you're giving yourself too short a timespan to make anything really tangible happen.
