I am very confused about what I've been reading on the net.
I want to add protein powder/shake to oatmeal to get more protein in.
Should I add everything in a blender? But cook the oatmeal with hot water first? If so, how much oatmeal (in grams?)
Should I "eat it" or drink it? lol.
Any tips. please?
How do I add otameal to shake or vice versa?
