High protein nutrition plan
I've been going to the gym for a few weeks now, and I've really only been having a protein shake before and after workouts, for everything else I eat healthy but don't really focus on the meal itself. I met with a trainer a few times and this is the nutrition plan he gave me, I wanted to run it by you guys first. Keep in mind I am very tall and slender, 6' 4" 180 lbs
Breakfast: 4-6 egg whites + 2 whole eggs w/ oatmeal, baked potato or rice + berries and fruits
Snack: Protein shake "meal replacement protein" with fruit
Lunch: Chicken or Turkey breast, no deli meats or sandwiches, mixed veggies, rice or baked potatoe
Snack: Protein shake "meal replacement protein" with fruit
Dinner: Same as Lunch, also baked fish and 2-3 times a week eat steak or lean hamburger + pasta
Late snack: Before bed protein shake

But I can't take more non-veg items. Please suggest me any other alternative way to maintain body with valuable protein.

I'm not sure what you're referring to. Who's been telling you to have more non-veg protein sources?

A high protein diet is helpful in healthy weight loss, as it keeps you satisfied and feeling full for a longer time. When you have more proteins and fewer carbohydrates in your diet, you feel less hungry throughout the day, leading to a lower calorie intake. A high protein diet stabilizes blood sugar levels. Some high protein diet plans focus on bodybuilding. Such diet plans include protein bars, protein powders and protein drinks. Some of the popular weight loss diets that include abundant amounts of proteins are the Atkins Diet, Zone Diet and Sugar Busters.
What are ideal meal plans for a high protein diet? Scrambled eggs and sausages for breakfast, a couple of hamburgers without buns for lunch and a juicy steak for dinner can be a perfect high protein meal plan. You can have a couple of protein bars or a protein shake in between. Following are some sample meal plans for a high protein diet.

Good plan plan but why you didnt include any fruits and your food chart is more of non-veg foods, if possible try to have vegetarian foods.

there is a huge range of vegetarian supplements as most protein powders etc use non animal based ingredients as this means global shipping is easier. The best thing to do is make sure you are getting plenty of nuts and things such as cous cous etc all contain large amounts of protein. many seeds have these in too

also I saw in an article I saw online recently that jodie marsh is vegetarian and she managed to pile muscle on really well. Nuts are not that good for Protein. If you gt enough from them, it involves having a Cup of Nuts which is around 700 calories, because of the Fat and if they're things like Cashews, Chestnuts and Groundnuts, the Carbs as well. Many Nuts are low carb and don't register on a GI rating list as their effect on bloodsugar is considered negligable. Other ones like Cashews are around 20-25 approximately.
Peanuts are better as they're technically a Legume and more Protein rich.
Not that I'm saying Nuts are bad they're not, but just not quite as Protein rich as some might think.
