Iv heard alot about sleep effecting weight loss/gain . i that true that naps can make you gain weight ? or if you only got like 4 hr sleep, would a nap in mid morning before going to the gym later that day be okay ?
Would not be a major problem. Yes sleeping will lower caloric burn potential, but you can still burn calories when you're asleep, so unless you like eating Big Mac and large Fires before bed, then there's not much to worry about.
