Calorie questons.confused

Ok so I'm just confused about how many calories I had in system yesterday, and for every other day i go to the gym can someone help me understand ?
So before the gym yesterday calorie total was at 345 . Then I burned 403 on the arc trainer . Then about 2 hours or maybe a little less walking Which online says is about 189 cal burned . And 10-15 mins weight lifting which it said about 14 calories . Then about 26 burned for 10-15 mins of situps ..which put me at negative 287. I was light headed n dizzy so I came home and ate about 580 calories spaced out between dinner and snacks
how many calories do I have in system by then ? Like since I was in the negatives after the gym does that mean I could eat another 800 calories and not gain weight ?

You should be netting AT LEAST 1200 calories a day, as in, eat back everything you burn off up to 1200 calories, but it sounds like you should really be somewhere closer to 1800 or more. I'm not an expert by any means, but I speak from experience. If you don't get your calorie intake up you are likely to go into starvation mode and try as you might, you won't be able to lose weight. I went into starvation mode for a whole month and a half because I was only netting around 800-1000 calories a day since I was working out hard 5x a week and burning up to 1000 calories a day. Please be careful. Don't starve yourself. It may seem hard to work in as many calories as I'm suggesting, but your body will be screaming for nutrients if you don't.

Your walking total doesn't sound correct unless you are walking really slow; I average 1 hour per day at a very fast pace (4.5mph - I also use a pedometer) and I burn on average around 550 cal. If you are walking as fast as I am, and doing two hours you should be at 900! Your weight lifting total also sounds pretty low to me too; and yes, starving yourself will only make you retain any calories you consume because your body won't know when it is getting more.
