I thought you might like this video of ab workout I put together.
Its 3 favourite ab exercises supersetted together.
3 to 5 sets of 10 to 30 reps each exercise with 1 minute rest betweeen each set and your abs will be on fire! I like to do 5 sets of 30 reps each exercise myself.
