One Key to Fat Loss: Snacking

Hi All - I was reading up on your posts about the best diet (though i don't like using that word) to use when trying to lose weight I read alot of good things about how many calories to consume and what types of foods to eat. One of the things that helped me the most to lose 17lbs in 3 months and then another 13 lbs in the same 3 month period one year later was actually snacking. Yes, i know, snacking means eating which doesn't translate well to fat loss. But I'm not talking about consuming an entire bag of chips, rather implementing small snacks throughout the day to supplement your meals. I have actually found that I eat more often when I am "dieting". The key is that i eat the smaller meals 6 or 7 times a day to keep the metabolism going. thats 5 or 6 posts in a row now and i am really enjoying it. i hope you will check it out and leave me feedback. just trying to share with others what has worked for me in the past and what has become the basis of daily routine.
