I'm not really new to the forever present battle with weight loss. However I am new to exercise. It's never been something that I am excited or thrilled to be a part of unless disguised (i.e: a soccer game, tag, Frisbee, etc.). But I am ready to get to it!

I carry most of weight around mid section; so I suppose that is target area. What are good exercises for beginners in that area? Any that I can possibly increase the intensity as I am ready?
