Here are best diet plan for gaining 6 pack...
8 am: Breakfast
1 chicken breast, 1 cup of steamed brown rice, 1 small salad.
11 am: Snack
Turkey sandwich with whole wheat bread (NO cheese or mayo!!).
2 pm: Lunch
8 ounces of top round steak, 2 boiled red potatoes, 1 cup of cottage cheese (make it non-fat)
5 pm: Snack
Egg white omelet, 2 pieces of whole wheat toast
8 pm: Dinner
8 ounces of fish (salmon/tuna), 2 cups of whole wheat pasta, 1 small salad."

Yeah this is perfect routine for not only six packs but for all people. this diet keep you healthy and good for all type of exercises. yes but for the people who want there six packs they have to eat less fat in there dinner or lunch.

Not nbecessarily, Unless it's things like Saturates, Hydrogenates or Trans-fats.
People could potentially eat as much Fat as per normal, if it was Omega 3 and 6 type Fats and if the main percentage of their caloric intake had been Carbohydrates, some of which would have converted to Fat anyway.
Sometimes being overweight or obese, is not directly linked to fat consumption, but more so too much Carbohydrate and calories in general, along with potentially low activity levels as well.
