Info on the web is conflicting on if swimming is really good for weight loss. answer might be conflicting too since i am pretty notroious for having a bad diet sometimes and that is like the main thing with losing weight. But i thought i would try swimming 4 to 5 days a week for 5 weeks. I'm not a good swimmer, i only know 2 strokes and form isin't that great for either, but i also will swim with the kickboard, possibly water run or take a water exercise class too.
I'm still going to post in main journal this is just an experiment. I thought it might help motivate me to get to the gym and get swimming.
