background, friends and us drink beer every weekend as it has become our routine social weekend event. Card playing and drinking...same o every weekend which after 3 years which has taken a toll on body. So...I'm going through a total revamp right now and want to be a fitness machine by Summer of 2012!
I'm 5' 7". . Current weight is 207 lbs. Current body fat is around 19% to 22% body fat. question is, how fast can I lose weight & get toned to get abs? I'm willing to be strict on diet and adhere to a workout routine.
Some helpful tips are appreciated (there's lots out there but I'd like to hear from what actually worked for people on this forum)!
I'd like to hear from anyone who's going through this transition or has done this themselves.
