Hey so a few years ago I could run 7-8 miles aday. But for a reason I don't know I stoped and started getting fat, lots of food not moving lots of TV. NOT GOOD. So I started again very hard going. I can just about do one mile now after doing it for about one week. A far cry from what I could do before!
BUT social life has come back to me, and now the need to drink and junk food is back. I drink a lot. not so much beer but shots, Mixed drinks that sort of thing, Hey I am 20 what else is there to do! But thats Saturday night, today they want to have a Dominos!!! OK so the thought of it is drawing me in, but all that work I did would be for nothing right? I have got up each day to run for 1 mile, going up too 1.5 miles I have burnt of (According to Ipod) 1131 Calories and I have done 9.89 Miles. Eating all that rubbish would just put all that back on and more!
So I knew it would come at some point. I don't eat it all the time like once in a few months or so. But should I eat it and have fun or just stick to normal diet food. After I eat it (if I do) I am going out for a 0.5 mile jog as fast as I can go. (once the food has gone down)
But what should I do???? Also I have to say I am not fat fat, just unfit.
Is it ok to eat it,
or would all the work I have done be for nothing?

First off... Moderation!
If you’re not trying to loose weight but want to be fit and still want to have fun and socialize I would say keep everything in moderation … and continue to run because it seems like you enjoy it. I would try to add some weight workout in to your routine it will help you built your muscles. If you want to drink, don’t do mix drinks… that’s a lot of calories. And if you’re doing shots… do straight shots like just vodka or tequila, less calories but of course… drink in moderation. If your eating with them… try your best to pick healthier options… add some side salad or veggies with it. However, if you want to be healthy then eat clean and drink wine if you must drink. Again, keep things in moderation so you don’t go over board but still enjoy your social life. That’s just input.
