I no more have a place to run.
Hey people. I used to live infront of a wonderful park, where I used to run, but I don't have that place near me anymore. Any ideas on what I should do ? I still carry on with the calisthenics at home but it's not the same anymore. Any activity ? Any suggestions ? Anything ? I need to get on building endurance again.

Can you find other places to run or can you just find some sort of dirt track that could be incorporated into some sort of route.

I can relate, the park in front of house just recently got renovated into an apartment. Sad to see it go, but generally these days I just go to the gym and the treadmill or jog normally in the streets. The roads are pretty safe here though.

I am writing in regards to your question of what to do. You could go online to look up other areas close to your home to run. The nice thing about running is the fact you need yourself and your shoes. You can take your run anywhwere. If you are part of a health club, you could use the treadmill or track, as well as an outdoor track if you have one near you, and get permission. These are only a few ideas. I hope they help.
