Push Ups! All different kinds, lots of different variations. Try doing as many as you can in a row without stopping, then try to beat that record 2-3 days later. Make sure you have enough time in between to heal.
Burpees are also good. See how many burpees you can do in 7 minutes, that's an example of one workout.
