I have a very busy life...2 jobs and studies and I hardly get time to exercise!
I only get time at mid night around 12 am or by 1 am. So can I exercise at that time or no?
I will be sleeping after that and I just need to lose some 3 to 4 kgs. SO I maybe hitting weights only.

No reason why you can't. I've heard of people in Australia at all night Gyms, pumping at 2AM, but pesonally I wouldn't do it, even if Gym was open 24/7.

Re: Working out at midnight!
Just because I'd be too tired to workout at 2AM myself probably and it would feel a bit weird I think.
It suits some people no doubt, but nightowl workouts wouldn't be for me. I'd have to limit workout times to somewhere between 7AM and 10PM I think. There's enough leeway there in the potential times to not find myself struggling for a moment to workout.
Besides Gym shuts at 10PM anyway, so I couldn't carry on beyond that even if I wanted to and I've never trained beyond about 8:45PM anyway.

There is no reason why you can't train at any time. I lived in Las Vegas for a while and people's schedules were around the clock. They were able to work out at whatever time suited them. Hormonally, it may not be the ideal time when your levels are highest, but it is doable. The key I would say is to make sure that you still get plenty of rest and eat regular meals.

Yes you can do it but try to slow down as a start. Do not do it nightly. Just start at two times a week then observe how your body reacts to it. As your body adopt to it then you can slowly increase to three times a day and so on.

3 times a week is better. 2 times a week, would'nt do much and may provide very limited results. If someone had severe issues from exercise, like pain, extreme shortening of breath etc, it would only require one session probably.
If the person was concerned about possible health issues arising from any form of exercise, consult a doctor first, then after that comnsult a gym instructor or PT.
