Sometimes I think we just get burnt out with the task of working out, getting to the gym, etc.
I would suggest switching things up, changing your gym routine, take on a new challenge, set a goal that will keep you accountable. Do you have any friends you can workout with, or set a "weight loss challenge" with? Sometimes that really helps. But if not, just do it for yourself.
I'm in a running club that constantly challenges me to keep striving for goals. One of the things we say often is "how bad do you want it?" That never fails to inspire me to keep working, making time for myself to go to the gym, hit the road running, biking, trying to make healthy food choices (the hardest part for me!

)etc.
It's a constant process really, with ups and downs along the way. Diet plays a big part in trying to lose body fat. Eating lean proteins, vegetables, fruits - staying away from processed "boxed" foods and sweets is probably the most important step in losing fat.
134 lbs. is a good weight - I wish I could get there!

Don't be too hard on yourself, just make the decision to do whatever you need to do for YOU to be healthy and happy.

Good luck and all the best to ya!
