Burgers can be healthy believe it or not, especially if you made them at home.

If you're going to a McDonalds, get a plain Hamburger, no greasy pickles or sugary Ketchup. This also negates the problem of having fatty cheese from a quarter pounder.

If you go to a Burger King, have a Whopper, as it does contain things like onions, lettuce and tomato.

Ask for it with no pickles or mayonaise.

Have water with it, or pure orange, not fizzy drinks.

Burger is healthy if you made it at home. You can have a whole-wheat bun and stuff some healthy veggies and chicken breast instead of deep-fried patties. You can choose healthy foods to stuff in your buns to make it healthy. Avoid greasy meat and cheese.
