New fitness and Nutrition site

I am trying to create a new online fitness and nutrition site! Has anyone tried http://www.1and1.com/website-hosting its a really easy step by step to domain and hosting site from what I hear? The sooner I can get things going the better! Thanks!

I've used it in the past for personal reasons, but I'm not going to say why as it's irrellevant, but yes it's a fairly effective and reasonably easy way of creating websites.
