Greek Yogurt made in to a protein ice cream tastes great! Mix sugar free almond milk, a scoop of protein powder (any flavor), splenda or Truiva to taste and s/free pudding powder to taste. Blend mixture in blender with a few ice cubes, freeze, and enjoy!! :)

Protein cookies made with coconut flour and natty PButter are good too!

I use cauliflower for pizza crust and it is great and filling. I also go the hold the carb store online and buy tortillas that only have net 2 carbs, as well as their pasta.

There's a site called Eontu that does great bars and shakes which are high in protein and low in calories that do the job nicely. Works for me.
