I currently have an elliptical and a treadmill in home. I am looking to change things up a little and get an exercise bike. Which would burn more calories and give me a better work out, an upright bike or a cycle bike?
I like the option of preset workouts on the machine. Do cycle bikes come with preset workouts? I know some upright bikes do.
Any suggestions on a good inexpensive exercise bike?

Re: Upright Bike or Cycle Bike
A sprint bike like you would use in a spin class would offer you a chance to do more realistic workouts and can handle the stress and speed changes of a high intensity workout. You also get a more realistic workout if the bike allows you to stand up on the pedals as you would outdoors.
