Breakfast Smoothie vs. Eggs for breakfast

Post by Kellymarie3391 »

I am looking to lose fat and tone up.
Im "skinny fat" and want to tighten up body.
For breakfast, I typically have eggs...
Recently, Ive been on these healthy breakfast smoothies...little bit of hemp protein, berries, spinach, almonds, chia seeds/flax seeds, almond milk, ice.

Which is the best choice for fitness goals?? Veggie&Fruit smoothie or egg..??

Both will work. Protein and carbs. There's no reason why you couldn't drink the smoothie and have scrambled eggs as well if that's what you wanted.

Yes, both are good choices and it's good to switch it up so you don't get bored of the same thing :) you also have the option of egg whites instead of cooking it with the yoke (a little healthier) also saute some fresh spinach leaves when you make eggs! Makes a great and yummy combo for breakfast

The yolks are okay when they're omega 3 eggs, (chickens fed some flaxeed), but normal ones are not that iffy anyway, but whilst there is some scientific and medical assertion, that dietary cholesterol has little to no impact on blood cholesterol, someone consuming regular eggs ,may see the need to limit their yolks to one if having more than one white, as yolks still contain things like protein, vit K and lutein.
