only 3 days to work out
If I only had 3 days to workout for example Friday, Saturday and Sunday. What would be a good workout routine for me. I want to tone up look a bit muscular and have nice abs. So toning up your entire body. What can I do?

I post this for people sometimes, which can be done 3x a week every other day at home.
Alternatively you could tweak it for the gym so you use weights with it.
Squats, 2 sets 10 reps
Lunges, 2 sets 10 reps
Deadlifts, 2 sets 10 reps
Bench press, 2 sets 10 reps
Bent over rows, 2 sets 10 reps
Shrugs, 2 sets 10 reps
Planks 30 seconds

Also, to steal the phrase from someone else on here... Abs are made in the kitchen, not the gym!
