Which ingredients would you choose?
I've just discovered custom breakfast cereal website http://www.mixmyown.com and I am just not sure what I should choose. Any suggestions what is good as a breakfast ingredient before workout? What would you choose?

I'd say just a good old fashioned grain. Wheat, barley, or oats will do, as they have beta glucan in though oats have more than the other two.
Yes you get the more fancier things like spelt, teff, quinoa, chia etc, but the standard old school grains wil do just fine.
Then just add milk.
If you want to go a bit more modern, use some yoghurt instead of fruit, then use pecans or almonds and add a berry fruit of some kind.
There's some simple workable ideas, that will take the guesswork out of it.

Although combining the sweetned pineapple and freeze dried might be a bit much, especially as they are under seperate categories, so it could be done.
