In need of a Healthy Eating plan for Single Sailor
Whats up guys! I'm a Sailor here stationed in Okinawa, Japan. Been struggling for a while trying to find the right foods to eat and the time of course. I was wondering if anyone knows a good eating plan where I can gain muscle and let the abs show at the same time. I can get hands on protein shakes and similar stuff. Preferably healthy food that is fast to make would be ideal for me, as I have like 15-30 mins to eat for breakfast, and lunch, but dinner is more lenient. I have no stove or kitchen in the barracks, but I do have a bunch of cooking gear, such as a slow cooker, george foreman, burner, skillet and pot. Any help would be greatly appreciated! =D

What sort of foods can you get access to, because I could list some stuff and formulate a plan, but you could then say that more than 50% of the things I listed are innaccessible and you can't get them anywhere.
