Cardio and weightlifting...
I have been looking into the t25 workout program. question is, is it alright to do the t25 (which is mostly cardio) in the morning and a weightlifting workout at night? If so would I eat like the plan says in t25 or would I need to eat more for the weight lifting? Also, I read somewhere that a lot if cardio will take from your muscle gain. Sorry if I'm in the wrong forum.

Good.. For Cardio workouts are important for heart health and are also a must do if you're trying to slim down.

This is what I would do, right or wrong - fasted cardio in the early a.m. and if I were going back to lift in the evening I would eat a meal prior which would include carbs (oats, sweet potato, rice) and protein.
