Hello everyone! name is Frank and I am working hard to be as fit as I was in college. I know it's never too late to be fit. It's gotten harder though...

I am currently doing Insanity with wife. And we are both getting great results so far. We both have cut down on sweets, sodas, junk food, and all those unhealthy foods.

We used to eat a lot outside and that was getting us fat quickly.

I LOVE chocolate but I have managed to quit it so far. I have not touched a chocolate for over a month and I don't miss it. That's a good thing, right?

Well, I hope we (wife and I) can be of help to this community and also learn from others.

You're right, the older some people get and I don't mean being 22 versus 17 , the harder it will become to be like you used to be, but that doesn't mean you can't and that's one thing to remember. people wanting to look a bit like they did 30-40 years ago, will have to settle for retaining a few grey hairs, bald bits and crows feet, but recovering something similar to that post-16 look is possible for most.

just remind yourself it's possible and remember it takes time and you won't be perfect at first, or necessarily for always and even if you don't necessarily need someone else to have around motivating you, your wife getting involved can only serve to be a good thing, so GOOD LUCK to both of you and let us know if you need anything at all.
