i'd go leg aises over crunches any day...stick with them and work them hard with wt

Right, but the thing is, do you know of any workouts that primarily work on the top 2 getting the 8 pack? The usual ab exercises I do are giving me only the 6, including the leg raises.

any crunch or leg raise works those top 2...just try some you haven't done before amd look at diet...maybe try cable crunches

Yeah, I'm currently doing cable crunches. Leg raises? Doesn't that work on lower abs?

any movement where the legs/knees come towards your head will EMPHASISE the lower abs and anything where your head comes towards your feet will EMPHASISE the upper abs
