How to buckle up
Hi, i am 15 years old and i'm skinny. I just wanted to gain some muscle and tone body, especially abs, chest and arms. Could someone give me like a workout routine to do every day? (No weights)

This is something that might work for you. I have posted it before but it's been modified for your circumstances.
Squats, 2 sets, 10 reps
Lunges, 2 sets, 10 reps
Good mornings, 2 sets, 10 reps
Bent over Rows, 2 sets, 10 reps
Vertical flyes, 2 sets, 10 reps
Shrugs, 2 sets, 10 reps
Planks 30 seconds.
You'd do this 3x a week on alternate days.

thanks. just one thing, aren't some of those exercises executed with weights?

They can be, but all of them can be done unweighted
