year resolution was to have a sixpack and.. I almost got it! BUT, it is see-able on the left side only. Funny enough, I do not have a 8, 6 or 4 pack.. I have a 3 ! UH!
I didn't go to gym. I'm 19 and I practice home. I didn't focus on making muscle, although I did some exercises for that matter (mostly Reverse Crunches, but also V-ups, Hip Ups, and leg raising on the sides). The leg raising on the left side went poorly most often but I didn't get a hint that something is wrong (


What should I do to make it the same on both side? On the right side it's a flat - like I didn't work out in the past year at all. A week ago I tried to make 50%+ exercises for the right side. Is that a good solution? Should I focus entirely on the right side? Should I continue "doing" thing and maybe.. focus on doing the proper exercises for both sides? What do you think?
I am not looking to be a muscle builder or something. Just "shape fit"!
