Hello everyone I am just starting working out. I have lost 7 pounds so far. help areas are abs and thighs. I have two children so it is not that easy to loose the tire around stomach . I would love some hints on what I can do while im at work. You know take a quick break and work on abs.
Any help will be appreciated.
Isn't it when you suck in air for few seconds, then breath out? Do you think it would work better by doing cardio?
Maybe like while walking for a whole minute hold your stomache tight? and then exhale?
I tried it before, and it seemed okay...Just own observation.
It's something about holding your stomach in but you don't walk around and such. Read the article for more info. It's not better than cardio, just suggestion a workout.
no thats not what I meant, i used to fo that, the stomache vaccum thing while doing cardio. I hold stomache in while walking, and then release the other minute, and so on.
